Temporary Administrator job based in Glenrothes.
Your new company
Small family run business based in Glenrothes have a requirement for an experienced Administrator to join them in their business over the next 6 weeks to assist with a project. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8am -4.30pm
Your new role
This Administrator job will involve being first point of contact to the company and assisting with all incoming enquiries. Back office duties will involve accurate data entry of confidential files, assisting with preparing documents, copy typing, spreadsheet maintenance and updating databases.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered you must be an experienced Administrator who is immediately available and can commit to this role for the next 6 weeks. With this job being in a small office, you must be a confident individual and have an excellent team player attitude. Excellent IT skills including Word and Excel and an accurate and fast typing speed are required.
