Hays Office Support are currently working with a successful growing organisation based in Harrogate. This company are based in modern offices.
Your new role
Within this role you will be providing administrative support to a busy claims department. Duties will include answering incoming calls from brokers and policy holders. You will scan and distribute incoming and outgoing mail. You will help to run operational reports. You will be helping to process claims. You will look into the validity of claims. You will also make outbound calls to assist with the claims process.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will have a strong attention to detail, you will be able to prioritise within a demanding environment. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Experience within a loss adjusting environment is desirable but not essential
