This is an exciting opportunity to join our prestigious client based in Burton Upon Trent as a highly organised and hardworking administrator within their vastly expanding forensics department. This will initially work on a temporary basis with a view to offering a permanent position for the right person.

Duties of the role include:

• Answering telephones and dealing with queries

• Data entry using excel

• Taking Bookings

• Checking Orders

• Responding to emails

• Ad hoc duties as required by the administrator e.g. Scanning, Filing, Photocopying etc.

The successful candidate will:

• Have a professional telephone manner

• Have worked as an administrator before

• Have a proactive approach to work

• Be competent in MS packages such as excel and outlook

• Be highly organised

This contract will work on a basis of 37.5 hours per week, working the hours of Monday to Friday, 9AM-5PM, with half an hour for lunch. And will offer a rewarding salary £8.50PH.
