Full time permanent Administration role based in Warrington paying up to £19k

You will be working for a fast growing construction company based in Warrington

Your new role

You will be providing general administrative and receptionist support answering,screen and transferring inbound phone calls.You will be responsible for meeting and greeting visitors in a warm and friendly manner.
Booking and monitoring meeting rooms and ensuring they are all kept tidy. Maintaining electric and hard copy of the filling system. You will be responsible for booking meeting and any travel arrangement for managers and supervises, preparing the agendas and scheduled, you will also be taking minutes at
You will be opening, sorting and distrusting post. Resolving any administrative inquires.

What you'll need to succeed

Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, and have excellent computer skills.
Have experience with clerical and administrative procedures and systems just as filing and keeping records.
