Our client a Technology Company based in the City of London is looking for an Administrator to start ASAP. This is a maternity contract for up to 12 months and your hours are like to be 9.30am - 6.00pm.
The main duties are:
- Strong diary management
- Ensure all client queries are dealt with courteously and efficiently and maintaining client confidentiality
- Know the status of client accounts and any reason for delays/issues not being resolved
- Strive to keep commitments to clients
- Ensure service levels are met or exceed client contractual agreements
- Where required, meet with clients
- Process reports
- Ensure client feedback on issues/products/suggestions where necessary is passed on internally to other areas where necessary.
The successful candidate will have strong administration and customer service skills. You need to have good communication skills both spoken and written, highly organised, process driven and have strong attention to detail. You need to have good knowledge of all Microsoft packages with strong Excel skills.
