4 Site Security Services Ltd is one of the market leaders in security services in Leeds and the Yorkshire area. We require an Administrator to join our successful team based at our office 5 minutes from Leeds City centre and just next to the M621. We are a family run company and pride ourselves on client retention, customer service and the professionalism of our employees.

We are looking for an Administrator with minimum 2 years office based admin experience.

The role:

  • Mon - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm
  • Working closely with and reporting to our Office Manager
  • Full training will be given on some or all of the following depending on your experience
  • Weekly and monthly payroll
  • Invoicing
  • Employee vetting
  • Auto Enrolment
  • Credit Control
  • You will be working towards targets and deadlines whilst maintaining high quality work
  • Where possible, identify process improvements
  • Use of various software to include Sage payroll and bespoke security industry software

Key Attributes:

  • Ability to effectively work to targets and deadlines
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Competent on Excel, Word, Outlook etc
  • Strong Attention to detail
  • Working both independently and as a team
  • Experience of administrative duties and letter writing


  • Salary of £15k - £22k depending on experience
  • 23 days paid holiday pa + Bank Holidays. An additional days holiday years 5-10 to a maximum of 28 days
