Temporary Administrator role - York centre - until April
Your new company
You will be working within the education sector in the city centre of York. They have had some promotions and a re-structure in the team so they are looking for an administrator/receptionist to support them through the coming months. This is a full time position and may include Saturdays.
Your new role
It will be your responsibility;
- Deal with all general enquiries
- Deal with all email correspondence
- Distribute the post
- Deal with registration application forms - ensure all documents have been completed correctly
- Accurately input details into the system
- Filing, scanning, photocopying
- Cover reception where necessary
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this position you must have previous administration or reception experience. It might be that you have previously working as part of a training team or within a school/college. You must have good organisation skills as well as computer skills including MS Word, Outlook & Excel. You will need some flexibility due to the hours and due the nature of the role we will also need to get you a DBS.
What you'll get in return
In return you will get paid weekly on a Friday providing we get your timesheet in on time. You will get a dedicated consultant who will assist you throughout the full recruitment process and keep in touch throughout the assignment to ensure that everything is going well.
