Administrator - Horley - £8phr

As an ongoing temporary assignment you will be working to support our client Monday - Friday 8:45 - 5PM. Working in a large team to support the business, recording important data, so accuracy is key. You will be working in a bespoke database as well as utilising Excel however will not need to be an advanced user.
This temporary role has the potential to offer a permanent role within the company for the right person as, as a temporary candidate you will have access to apply for all the permanent roles.
Duties of the role are:
* Compiling all paperwork needed for submitting engineers jobs
* Updating the system with job details
* Keeping spreadsheets up to date with paperwork received
* Liaising with other departments as well as external companies to collate the data
Working in the centre of Horley town with easy access to the company car park and train station you will be working in light open planned offices. There is a big team feel to this company and if getting involved in charity events and work events is something you would like to do you have numerous opportunities to get involved.
