My client, the head office of a housing organisation is looking for a strong administrator to join their team whilst they are recruiting for a permanent member of staff.
- All administration tasks for housing department
- Taking minutes for team meetings
- Working on rotas
- Arranging invoice payments
- Managing the inbox
- All other administrative duties as and when required
To be considered for this role you will need:
- Strong administrative skills
- To be a confident user of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
