My client, the head office of a housing organisation is looking for a strong administrator to join their team whilst they are recruiting for a permanent member of staff.

Duties include:

  • All administration tasks for housing department
  • Taking minutes for team meetings
  • Reporting
  • Working on rotas
  • Arranging invoice payments
  • Managing the inbox
  • All other administrative duties as and when required

To be considered for this role you will need:

  • To be a confident user of Microsoft Excel
