Our client has a permanent vacancy for an Administrator to join the team, you’ll mix with a team of social, innovative and highly energetic individuals who drive business through on and offline activity.

You will support the account team in providing the highest possible levels of client service and deliver day to day operations to the account.

Above all, they are looking for someone who is flexible, agile and prepared to get stuck in and support the team in all areas. You must be able to deliver against tight deadlines, be able to react quickly to last minute requests.

We’d also like the following experience:

  • Confident with MS Office - min of advanced level of Excel experience required

  • Efficient at Power point

  • Efficient at reporting

  • Financing experience - invoicing, reporting, reconciliation, timesheeting,

  • Data capture/analysis

  • CRM
