Our client require an experienced Administrator to support their busy shipping team. You will be working on a month by month rolling contract so would suit someone available straight away!
The role will include –
• Inputting client orders and details onto system.
• Photocopying and scanning.
• Working with documents and pasting information on from the system.
• Keeping on top of Intray
• Closing work orders.
If you have any shipping or transport industry experience it is certainly a plus however strong administration, excellent excel skills and high organisation are the main factors.
You will be available immediately and commit to a temporary role.
