Immediate start for an experienced administrator with Event Co-ordination experience - £20k
Your new company
Working for an established local construction company you will play an integral part of their marketing/sales team.
Your new role
Due to expansion this growing business are looking to appoint an experienced Administrator.
You will cover 3 main functions within the office
Event co-ordination - experience of booking transport, hotels, meeting rooms and venues for events.
Format Documents - Tenders and bids and PPQs
General Admin - PO's, filing, diary management and ad-hoc administration duties
This is a full time post Monday to Friday, with on site parking
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience of coordinating events booking meetings, diary management, travel and venues for various events.
Strong administration skills and ideally familiar with tenders and bids but not essential
