Client:

Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Administrator to work for a NHS organisation in Durham on a temporary basis. This opportunity is likely to be for a period of 3 Months with a strong possibility of extension.

Role:

  • Input and maintain the information management and reporting systems
  • Produce and collate data using computerised and manual systems to produce routine intelligence reports which respond to local, regional and national surveys
  • Minuite taking
  • Responsible for the maintenance of data and input data
  • Support the Data Officer with the ongoing developments of the trainee database

Person:

  • Intermediate knowledge of MS office packages
  • Understanding of confidentiality and data protection legislation including information governance
  • Experience in initiating and maintaining office systems e.g. diary management
  • Working knowledge of virtual meeting technology
  • Demonstrable experience of dealing with the public and dealing with sensitive information
  • Experience of collating information from many sources to contribute to reports
