Working 20 hours over 3 (or possibly 4) days a week and based in Whyteleafe, Surrey, you will be part of a rapidly expanding charity. We are looking for an accomplished all round administrator to take on a variety of duties to include:- Payroll preparation, chasing late payments, dealing with staff expenses, website donations, recording income & expenditure, HMRC payments, bank reconciliations, invoice processing, banking, maintaining suppliers list. As well as assisting the accountant you will have other organisational and ad hoc tasks.

No specific finance experience essential - you just need to be IT literate, reasonably numerate and have plenty of common sense. This is an opportunity with a difference and could suit a parent or (semi) retiree who has the ability to multi task!. The working environment is friendly and supportive with flexibility on working hours. This is an urgent vacancy!
