Working 20 hours over 5 days a week and based in Whyteleafe, Surrey, you will be part of a rapidly expanding charity. We are looking for an efficient all round administrator to take on a variety of duties to include:- Organising and booking presentation appointments, Payroll preparation, chasing late payments, dealing with staff expenses, website donations, recording income & expenditure, HMRC payments, bank reconciliations, invoice processing, banking, maintaining suppliers list. As well as assisting the accountant you will have other organisational and ad hoc tasks.

No specific experience essential - you just need to be IT literate, reasonably numerate and have plenty of common sense! This is an opportunity with a difference and could suit a parent or (semi) retiree who has the ability to multi task!. The working environment is friendly and supportive with flexibility on working hours (but must be over 5 days). This is an urgent vacancy!

The charity intends to relocate to Redhill.
