Our client is offering a fantastic opportunity to join their team as an Administrator dealing with a variety of daily duties.

This position is permanent and the client is ideally seeking a candidate that can start work immediately however candidates with notice will of course be considered.

Working within a small, friendly and professional team, the successful candidate will deal with all administrative duties to support the marketing and sales for the business.

The candidate will at times carry out tasks in the mailing room and there will be a need to carry/move heavy boxes, please bear this in mind before applying the position.

Daily Duties:

  • Handle client mail shots
  • Print and send out client marketing material
  • Arrange couriers for marketing material
  • Deal with administrative telephone queries from clients
  • Other administrative tasks including project related work

Attention to detail is paramount as are the applicant's computer skills. Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel are essential. Experience in Microsoft Word mail merging is highly desirable. A candidate with good numeracy skills is also preferential.

Excellent communication skills are required given the clients that you will liaise with on a daily basis.

The company are extremely busy and require a candidate that is reliable, punctual, hard working and can work to their own initiative however also as part of team.
