We are currently recruiting for Temporary Administrator's with recent DBS checks for various roles within the Liverpool area. The roles are temporary ongoing week to week with an hourly rate of £7.50 per hour, weekly pay, working hours of 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday. To be successful for the roles you will have a current DBS check that is within the last 6 months - 12months
About The Role:
•Cleansing a Digital filing system
•Liasing with managers to discuss documents
•Amending current documents
•Scanning of documents on to in-house system
•Taking incoming calls
•Dealing with queries
•General administrative duties
Essential Skills & Experience:
•Accurate typing skills
•Inbound customer service experience
•You will have a current DBS check that is within the last 6 months - 12 months
