The Opportunity

Excellent opportunity for a Customer service administrator in Cardiff. The role is working for a well known manufacturing company. The role will be a good mixture between Customer service and telephone work along with a good amount of administration responsibilities. They are looking for someone who can start immediatley.

The Role

  • Answer incoming calls and be confident dealing with any issues or customer queries
  • General Administration along with filing
  • Process customer orders
  • Progress, chase and follow up information between departments
  • Provide status reports, maintenance logs and correspondance
  • Liaise with clients and customers
  • Deal with any enquiries or issues which may arise

Skills / Experience

  • A good attitude and willingness to learn
  • Extensive administration experience
  • Great telephone skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Immediate start required
