My client based in the city centre of Glasgow is looking for a temporary Administrator for 4 months but could potentially go on longer therefore you must be flexible. The hours of work are Monday to Friday 8-5 and you ill be working within a very small team, therefore you must have previous Administration experience to be able to come in and hit the ground running.

* Replying to suppliers by email and phone
* Data entry
* Keeping spreadsheets up to date
* Updating client records
* Keeping all suppliers up to date
* Adhere to company deadlines

This role will be starting in the next week therefore you must be available immediately. There is a lot of processes in this role, so ideally you will be able to multitask and pick up new systems.
