We are a joinery manufacturing company with over 50 years experience based on the South Marston Business Park in Swindon, employing over 70 staff. Our primary business focus is manufacturing retail shop display equipment for leading retailers and interior fit outs for commercial and public buildings, hotels and housing developments. Aside from this we distribute bamboo, concrete and stone products to include worktops, flooring, wall cladding and decking.
We are a growing business looking to recruit another Administrator to support our existing team. Ideal candidates will have worked within a similar environment and will be familiar with the fast pace often required within our industry. We will also consider people who are keen to work within this type of environment who have limited experience but a willingness to learn and develop.
Candidates are required to having the following skills
A proven ability to implement systems and processes, monitoring and coordinating a range of tasks and resolving problems.
A high level of competency in Microsoft packages and Outlook.
Excellent attention to detail.
An understanding of metric and imperial measurements.
Excellent time management.
Knowledge of Sage 200.
Handling telephone enquiries in a polite and professional manner.
Maintaining and filing records in accordance with company procedures.
Processing and purchasing materials.
Attending to all related queries both internally and externally within agreed time-scales.
A high level of customer service.
Assisting with general office duties such as scanning and photocopying.
Reception duties - welcoming customers and making them refreshments.
Using initiative to ensure that work processes, procedures and systems are effective and efficient whilst working to high standards of professionalism and accuracy.
Maintaining your knowledge of the products and services offered by the company.
Assisting with any other tasks or projects as requested from time to time.
