Our client, a highly professional growing IFA practice offering a first class service to its clients is looking for a bright, intelligent, well spoken, organised, enthusiastic administrator to join the team. As well as committing a great service, the company encourages a highly level of technical knowledge amongst its staff and qualifications and career development are fully supported. The role will ideally suit somebody keen to enter the financial services industry, somebody with a good level of education and strong organisational skills. Full training will be given to a keen individual. Duties include:- • Processing mortgage and protection cases and quotes • Managing relationships with third parties such as mortgage, life and insurance companies • Invoicing • Handling incoming and outgoing communications in a professional and timely manner • Maintaining contacts, including customer relationship management database • Fully supporting the mortgage consultant • Meeting and greeting clients • General administration • Complying at all times with firm’s compliance, training and competence and other procedures Candidates may or may not already have financial services experience and though this is a full time role, part time applicants (25 hours per week+ will also be considered). Applicants must have excellent written and oral communication skills, be confident, proactive and highly organised. You should be a team player with high standers of personal presentation and a flexible approach to work including numerical literacy, ability to multi-taks, willingness to taken on new duties. The full time salary for this role is up to £18500
