Duties: Administrative role. Providing admin support on Social Housing contracts. Operating a system called Pilot. Using excel, mail-merge, letters for confirming survey dates. installation dates and inspection dates for boilers. Liaising with suppliers regarding orders, delivery dates of materials for and including boilers, creating valuations, quotes. Liaising with contract managers. Creating purchase orders to suppliers from contractors. Key skills: Previous admin skills, training will be provided. MS office. Provide Admin for Social Housing Servicing & Installation contracts for Scotland Region.
Customer Service Administrator: The Role
* Dealing with customer calls professionally and in a timely manner
* Booking appointments with our clients and customers
* General administration including dealing with emails, posting of letters, filing etc
* Preparing documentation (job details, updating system following job completion)
* Managing the Engineers diary
