A temporary administrator job in Avonmouth, Bristol to work in a logistics company.
Your new company
You will be working for one of the leading logistics company in the UK and they are going through growth in the company currently. You will work in an administration team of 15 staff members where each individual supports different department's administration. They require additional support due to them having a project deadline that they need to meet.
Your new role
You will be and administrator for a department within the organisation alongside a permanent staff member. Your responsibilities will include: formatting documents, answering phone calls, scanning and filing, book meetings for managers and directors and sometimes manage the reception area and look after visitors.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have experience in a similar role in the past 2 years. You will need to be well organised, have a good attention to detail and be able to manage a busy workload effectively.
What you'll get in return
You will receive and hourly rate of £8.50-£9.50 per hour and you will be guaranteed full time hours for 8 weeks, which could be extended further depending on the project. The company has free on-site parking and catering facilities within the premises.
