Our Client requires an Administrator to join them on a temporary on-going basis at their office based in Gosforth.

This Role Requires an IMMEDIATE start date and the hours of work are 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday.

Details of this role are as follows:

  • Inputting confidential information onto an in-house system
  • Creating letters to send to clients
  • Processing payments for customers
  • Creating reports and updating spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel
  • Scanning paperwork
  • Answering calls and emails as and when required

Skills/Knowledge required for this role:

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong IT Skills
  • Experience within a similar role would be beneficial
