Our Client requires an Administrator to join them on a temporary on-going basis at their office based in Gosforth.
This Role Requires an IMMEDIATE start date and the hours of work are 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday.
Details of this role are as follows:
- Inputting confidential information onto an in-house system
- Creating letters to send to clients
- Processing payments for customers
- Creating reports and updating spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel
- Scanning paperwork
- Answering calls and emails as and when required
Skills/Knowledge required for this role:
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong IT Skills
- Experience within a similar role would be beneficial
