My client has a excellent opportunity that has become available.

The ideal candidate will answer the telephone, take messages, deal with queries via email and solve problems effectively via various routes of communication. They will give quotations and raise invoices and ensure our clients are satisfied at all times. They will have the ability to maintain a high level of customer service always whilst dealing with internal administration duties and supporting the rest of the team. They will be hardworking, organised and be able track problems, deal with issues, learn quickly and relish a challenge.

Duties will include:

Answering the telephone and emails

Dealing with quotations, queries and complaints and logging them accordingly

Data input into bespoke programme to produce client invoices
Meeting Deadlines, daily, weekly and monthly
Liaising with staff internally and service providers to ensure client satisfaction at all times
Problem solving surrounding delivery issues or invoicing problems

Making tea & coffee, escorting visitors internally

General Office Administration

The right candidate will be:

Confident and friendly in nature
Have the ability to multi task and have exceptional organisation skills
Show attention to detail
This role would suit someone who wants to gain skills working within a customer focused fast paced environment.
Basic knowledge of Outlook and Excel is a must
Knowledge of Word would be advantageous.

Shifts include 08:30 - 17:00, 09:30 - 18:00, 10:30 - 19:00
