Your new role
Within this position you will be required to provide high quality, customer focused clerical, typing and general administrative assistance to the service in line with contract KPIs. To deliver and maintain the highest standards of healthcare administration, in line with the organisations standards and values.
A day in the office would generally include: general administration tasks, answering telephone, email and written correspondence, scanning, filing, photocopying, incoming and outgoing post, diary management, and updating the internal system accordingly.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this position, the organisation require an individual who can work under pressure and to set deadlines. The individual should also have a professional telephone manner and have some experience in customer service.
the ideal candidate would come from a working background in occupational health or working within a doctors surgery.
What you'll get in return
The working hours within this organisation are 9.00-17.30 with a half hour lunch break, the salary for this position is £16500.
