Your new role
Your new role will be to cover all administrative duties. You will maintain project related spreadsheets/database to ensure they are continuously up-to-date. The role will involve informing your team of any delays in the work flow that may affect deadlines or impact other areas of the business. Aspects of the role involve updating of manuals for use around the business and converting of PDF'S to word and formatting where required.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you must have Excellent attention to detail and accuracy; able to maintain concentration,
whilst proofing and checking documents. Must be a self-starter with good organisational and time management
skills. Strong Microsoft Office skills essential, particularly Word. Experience of Adobe Writer a distinct advantage.
Ability to communicate well with staff at all levels both by phone and in person. Finally you must minute take a distinct advantage.
What you'll get in return
