My client has been trading for the past 24 years and is prominent within the Building Sector.

As a Customer Service Administrator you will be responsible for organising the engineers diaries, processing clients orders, processing service reports and dealing with clients over the phone. 

Duties are likely to increase over time once you have learnt about the business and demonstrated your abilities in the work place. This means that there is lots of opportunity to progress and grow with the company. 

Hours of work are Monday - Friday 0800-1630, you will receive 25 days holiday per year + Bank holiday and will be part of the standard company pension scheme. 

To be successful in your application you will have a background in Admin and/or Customer Service. Ideally you will come from an Engineering company but this is not essential just advantageous.

You should be computer literate with a comfortable working knowledge of Excel and Word. Knowledge of Sage Line 50 would be beneficial but it is not essential.
