Exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator with excellent Customer Service skills working for a well established company in the Airdrie area!

Are you an experienced Administrator that thrives in a fast paced office environment? Are you pro-active? Do you have a strong Administration and Customer Service background?

If so, then I want to hear from you!

This opportunity is for the next 3 months, possibly longer!

You will be required to take responsibility for each call out from beginning to end. You will be confident with data entry tasks, filing and typing. You will be the go to person for updates on current open call outs and be able to manage numerous call outs at the same time. You will keep your cool during really busy periods and work well under pressure.

Your computer skills will be good as well as your communication skills. Attention to detail is very important to you.
