Pay rate: £16,000
Location – Trafford Park
Full Time Permanent Position
• Contacting clients to check new order information is accurate
• Running through order details
• Upload/link distribute files sent into the mobile database
• Support Client Service Co-ordinators sending out client samples
• Stock take/reordering/labelling samples
• To adhere to the departmental procedures as advised
• Any other ad hoc duties
• I.T. literate
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Confident telephone manner
• Be able to offer support in colleagues’ absence
• Able to work in a team environment
• Be aware of all Office operations
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• An organised approach and excellent time management skills
• The ability to use own initiative but also know when matters need to be referred to a Team Manager
