Hays are working on behalf of an award winning construction and property development company to recruit a full-time Administrator for their Head Office, to cover maternity leave.
Your new role
As Administrator you will be responsible for taking calls, invoice administration, processing delivery dockets, filing statements, scanning and emailing payment sheets and data entry. You will act as Receptionist one day per week and carry out other administrative duties when required.
What you'll need to succeed
As Administrator you will need a minimum 5 GCSE's or equivalent including Maths, previous experience working in an office environment, good computer skills, polite telephone manner and possess a good attitude towards work.
