This role is perfect for an enthusiastic and helpful Administrator with strong organisational skills who is looking for a long-term role, excellent prospects are available with this growing local Company.

Some of your duties will include:

- Assisting in the office with a wide range of administrative, clerical and secretarial tasks

- Answering incoming telephone calls and transferring callers to the relevant staff member

- Preparing a wide range of documentation including correspondence, reports and presentation material

- Responding to routine client enquiries received by telephone and email where possible

- Purchasing stationary and office supplies and processing supplier invoices for payment

- Helping generally in the office with filing, photocopying, faxing and sending emails
