This successful local Company who have been established for several years are currently expanding and require the assistance of an enthusiastic Office Co-ordinator to join their team.

Some of your duties will include:

- Supporting the Office Manager and assisting with a wide range of administrative and clerical tasks

- Preparing a wide range of documentation including correspondence, reports and presentations

- Maintaining computerised database system and ensuring information held is accurate and up to date

- Answering incoming telephone calls, dealing with general enquiries and transferring callers when necessary

- Covering the reception area when required, welcoming visitors and announcing their arrival

- Assisting generally in the office with filing, photocopying, shredding, sending faxes and email
