Temporary Administrator needed for an established insurance company based in Chorley
Your new company
Hays are working with a insurance company based in Chorley who are looking to appoint an Administrator to join their team and help support the department here in Lancashire on a temporary for up to 3 months.
Your new role
In this position of Administrator you'll deliver efficient, effective administrative support to the department. This will involve; scanning, filing, photocopying, drafting reports, preparing papers, reports and letter writing.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll need to be organised and be able to prioritise tasks, adapting accordingly to the needs of the business. You'll be a good team player and be highly organised. This role requires good knowledge of the MS office package as you will be using, Outlook, Word and Excel daily, you will also ideally have previous administrative experience.
