A fantastic opportunity is available for an Administrator to join a well established company in South Birmingham.

The role and responsibilities
-To manage and create systems to ensure the general administration within the office runs efficiently
- Daily administrative duties
-Handling external and internal communication
-Liaising with franchisees, suppliers , internal staff and the public
-To deal with all aspects of franchise support to include:
-Adding documents to our database
-Preparation of reports using Excel , Word and PowerPoint
-Meeting preparation and summary preparation
-Support to directors and managers as per instruction
-To continually gain a suitable level of industry experience to conduct your role

To be considered for this role you must have a background in Administration
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Ability to work under pressure
-Prioritise and work to tight deadlines
-Good team player, but with the ability to work under own initiative
-The ability to analyse information with a view to making informed decision
-Competent on Microsoft office suite i.e Word & Excel
-Aptitude to learn new skills
-High punctuality

The company are offering a salary of £17,000-£21,000 with working hours of Monday to Thursday 8.30-17.15 and Friday 8.30- 16.00pm fantastic opportunities to progress and a great team environment.
