Our Ilminster based client is looking for a customer service administrator to join their team

This will be an ongoing role up until Christmas ! Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm at £8 per hour

Your duties will include;

  • Providing excellent customer service to all customers
  • Dealing with queries and enquiries by email/phone
  • Processing orders ( working towards deadlines)
  • Working closely with other departments
  • Using excel on a daily basis
  • Other related admin roles

Our client is looking for someone who has excellent customer service and a friendly disposition. You will need to be able to work in a fast paced environment and work well under pressure.
