ADMINISTRATOR within Document Management, Canary Wharf

This is a superb role based within an international Construction Company bases in Canary Wharf in outstanding offices!

Within this role you will be providing administrative support to the Contracts Team - excellent IT and PC skills are essential.

Duties include:

Document Management

Data Entry

Correspondence duties

Producing information for reporting

Assisting wiprojects

Collate and prepare key documents for meetings ensuring they have all the required information in advance.

This is a purely administrative role that will be a 12 month temporary contract with a view to a permanent conversion. An interest in Social Networking and Digital Media is a must, and running an online blog would be deireable.
