Administrator - Wealth Management

My client is a highly regarded Wealth Management organisation who are continuing to grow and have exciting plans for the future. Due to their expansion plans they have an opportunity for a talented Administrator to join their Client Services team. The role involves providing a professional and comprehensive administration service in a fast paced office supporting Advisers and Paraplanners.

Responsibilities include:

Creating and maintaining client records on CRM systems

Preparing letters of authority and obtaining information from external providers.

Processing new business for life, pensions and mortgages

Dealing with client queries and requests

Dealing with all administration duties in a professional manner

The successful candidate will require:

First class communication skills, oral and written

Excellent organisation skills with the ability to work to challenging deadlines

High levels of accuracy

Ability to work effectively as a team or own your own initiative

Progression towards and the desire to complete Diploma qualifications
