Administrator / Warehouse Operator

Our client based in Stonehouse are currently recruiting for a permanent Administrator / Warehouse Operator to join the team. Excellent opportunity to join a fun and friendly company working in a lovely environment.


- Manage the booking in and out of equipment required for events, courses and regional meetings

- Ensure all events, courses and regional meetings receive all requested goods and assess kit when returned for signs of damage and replace any missing items

- Liaise with Sales Support team to get authorisation to replace damaged course equipment

- Marks course stock with identifying information

- Records all course stock movement on a shared tracker

- Arranges collection of course stock upon completion; tracks collections and manages SLA’s

- Checks products and literature against packing slip to ensure correct dispatch including, quantities part numbers and batch numbers, produces labels and generate FOC invoices when required

- Ensures Safety, Health & Environment procedures and responsibilities are met and carried out in accordance with company policy and H & S management standards

- Informs Distribution Team Leader of any breaches of H & S and of any new initiatives that may improve H & S within the Warehouse and Service Centre

- Opens and unpacks pallets, crates and other containers, recording amounts of materials or items received

- Manage the RAN (Return Authorisation Note) for PRE, liaising with Customer Services for authorisation to return stock

Candidate Attributes:

- Good written and verbal communication essential as you will be working closely with the Sales Support team

- Warehouse experience

- Good computer skills - Microsoft Excel knowledge essential

Salary - Up to £19,000 plus excellent flexible benefits package, private medical insurance, life assurance, pension contribution, income protection and 25 days annual leave (this can be flexed to 30 days).

Hours - Monday - Friday - 8.30am - 5pm with one hour for lunch
