Our client is a national financial services firm based in Usk and they are seeking to employ an Administrator to support their advisors and agents.
This is a busy practice who offer insurance and financial services to both personal and corporate clients dealing with a wide range of products. You will be supporting their Senior Agent and providing administration support.
This role has excellent development prospects with the opportunity to grow and progress within the company where they will support via training and taking industry qualifications.
Within your role as an Administrator your main duties will involve;
- Managing company paperwork.
- Writing reports on client visits.
- Correspond with clients and insurers over the telephone, email, and letter.
- Updating and managing internal database.
- Support other areas of the business when necessary.
- Providing general administration support.
- General ad-hoc duties such as Filing, faxing and scanning.
To be considered you will have previous administration experience within a similar role for a financial services/insurance practice with a good general knowledge of the Industry; specifically, in General and Life Insurance. You will be competent in using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and will have a strong eye for detail, be organised, enthusiastic, a strong communicator and motivated with strong initiative.
Salary is dependent on your experience and will be between c£20k - £25k, with hard work and loyalty being rewarded.
