Our Tewkesbury based client has an interesting vacancy for an experienced Administrator to join their growing team. Candidates will need good IT skills and an excellent customer services skills.

Candidate duties/Responsibilities:

  • Processing Of Sales Orders
  • Producing Accurate Quotations - Written & Verbal
  • Analysing Daily & Weekly Quotations
  • Reporting Daily Sales Results To the Team
  • Supporting The Sales Force With General Operations To Help Reach the Teams Objectives
  • Taking Phone Calls From Customers
  • Progressing Customers Sales Orders
  • Upselling and warm calling to increase sales
  • Communicating Feedback From Customers
  • Entering Customer Data Onto Sugar / Sage
  • Liaising With Credit Controller
  • Sending Faxes & Emails
  • Giving Customers Accurate Lead Times On Stock
  • Produce Simple Spread Sheets / Graphs
  • Liaise With Production Manager / Production - Despatch Operatives
  • Filing
  • Liaise With Purchasing Department

Candidate Attributes:

  • High organisational skills & ability to manage a number of projects at one time.
  • Telesales or sales experience
  • Ability to prioritise own workload
  • Strong communication skills
  • Well versed with IT systems- Microsoft Office Suite & CRM
  • An administrative or sales background
  • Must be detail orientated

Salary - Up to £18,000 depending on experience

Hours - 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday
