Based in Chelmsford, my client has achieved year on year growth and has built up an enviable reputation within their industry. They are now looking to recruit a temporary Administrator to join their team on an ongoing basis and will be looking for the successful candidate to be immediately available to begin work.
This is a lively, fun, dynamic office environment where a team spirit can be felt the moment you walk in. They are experiencing an extremely busy period currently therefore you will always have various duties to complete so this would suit someone who enjoys multitasking and working to administrative deadlines.
Duties will include:
Uploading invoices on to the in-house database
Responding to client queries via email and monitoring the 'General Enquiries' inbox ensuring that emails are allocated to the correct team inbox in a timely manner
Data entry duties - updating client information, addresses and surnames
Filing of documentation on behalf of the Accounts team
Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm (with 45 minutes lunch)
£8.50 per hour
