Administrator - Temporary - Hixon

Our client based in Lichfield are currently recruiting for a Temporary Administrator to join their friendly team for around 6 - 8 weeks

This role is based on workload and is available to start immediately.

Job description

- Raising, emailing & chasing deliveries for purchase orders

- Updating order lines with expediting comments & ETA dates

- Booking in goods received

- Handling phone calls

- Maintaining the shared Outlook mailbox

- Processing Stock and Works Order transactions

- Creating documentation for supplier price changes

- Sending supplier quotation requests

key skills and attributes :

- Strong communication skills both written and verbal

- IT Literate including all Microsoft packages

- Must be a driver with access to own transport

- Experience of using Sage or Opera would be advantageous

- Ability to start work immediately


£8.00 / £8.50 a hour

Working hours:

8am - 5pm Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
