Administrator - Temporary - Halifax

My client have an urgent requirement for a Senior Administrator to join and support their internal sales team in their Halifax site.

They require someone who can start IMMEDIATELY!!!!!! This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving team in a varied role.

Duties of an Administrator include;

  • Dealing with daily enquiries from clients regards timescales and orders
  • Making outbound calls to chase clients for information
  • Be responsible for maintaining order details on excel spreadsheets and internal systems
  • Liaising with internal departments
  • Speaking with clients regards questions and queries about their accounts
  • Dealing with quotation details and administrative documents

As an Administrator you will have the following key skills and experience;

  • MUST HAVE previous administrative experience
  • MUST have experience using pivot tables
  • Excellent Microsoft Word and Excel Skills
  • Good Communications skills
  • 2 - 3 months temporary contract

Temporary Role - 3-6 months - £9.00-£10.00ph - Halifax
