Working in beautiful countryside offices on the outskirts of Ashford, looking out upon the fields, the peaceful surroundings will make your journey to work every morning a delight. On a daily basis you will be speaking with clients and engineers, providing the best service possible in this busy and friendly office.
As Contracts Administrator your main duties will be:
- Answering calls from customers
- Raising jobs on the system
- Make decisions about which contractors to appoint
- Calculating job costs
- Raising invoices
- Keeping in touch with customers
- Liaising with contractors
To be successful in this role, you will be a positive person with Customer Service and Admin experience and have good maths skills. This is a temporary to permanent vacancy paying £17,000-£18,000.
