I am working with a successful global business based in Witham. They are seeking an Administrator, with finance experience, to join their friendly team. The main purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to the office and ensure company payments are billed accurately, ensuring prompt payment.
- Prepare quotations
- Collating important documentation
- Liaising with other departments to resolve and queries
- Itemize charges and calculate costs
- Raise sales ledger invoices
- Process invoices
- Manage purchase order numbers and other authorizations
- Account Management
- High attention to detail
- Ability to complete work quickly and efficiently
