I'm currently recruiting for an immediate start temporary Office Administrator/Team PA with experience using Sage. This role is to start on 23rd April on an ongoing basis and has the potential to become permanent. The Office Administrator/Team PA will be responsible for office administration, bookkeeping and providing PA support to senior management.
Day to day duties of the Administrator/Team PA include:
- Meeting and greeting all clients
- Answering the phones
- Handling the post and deliveries
- Ordering all office supplies
- Managing supplier relationships and setting up contracts
- Managing projects
- Organise social events
- IT support
- Entering account info onto Sage
- Posting invoices
- Managing monthly payment run for supplier invoices
