Administrator/Team PA with Sage

I'm currently recruiting for an immediate start temporary Office Administrator/Team PA with experience using Sage. This role is to start on 23rd April on an ongoing basis and has the potential to become permanent. The Office Administrator/Team PA will be responsible for office administration, bookkeeping and providing PA support to senior management.

Day to day duties of the Administrator/Team PA include:

  • Meeting and greeting all clients
  • Answering the phones
  • Handling the post and deliveries
  • Ordering all office supplies
  • Managing supplier relationships and setting up contracts
  • Managing projects
  • Filing
  • Organise social events
  • IT support
  • Entering account info onto Sage
  • Posting invoices
  • Managing monthly payment run for supplier invoices
