Administrator - Support Services - Chelmsford, Essex – £23,000 per annum (occasional overtime may be required) – Full Time, Permanent.
Our Client is based in CM1 Chelmsford, Essex. Its products include the International Property & Travel magazine, The International Property Awards and The International Hotel Awards, plus 7 award presentation gala dinners and networking days, held across the world each year.
About the role – Administrator - Support Services
They are seeking an experienced person to organize and deliver their support services department. The role is busy, demanding and requires a high degree of accuracy throughout.
Their support service staff facilitate the organization to operate effectively.
The role is subject to a number of deadlines throughout the year, and is physically demanding as it involves unpacking client portfolios, data capture and organized storage of thousands of packages throughout the year and distribution of magazines and award trophies via couriers and postal services worldwide. Plus the control and maintenance of a number of data bases, cost effective ordering and delivering numerical lists. In all areas accuracy is crucial.
You should be comfortable with speaking to clients on the telephone and be well organized. You should be educated to at least five GCSE “A” to “C” grades including English and Mathematics (or “O” level equivalents) and have previous sound office experience.
- Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm
- Four weeks plus 8 bank holidays
- Salary £23,000 per annum
- Occasional overtime may be required
