At Turning Point, we support people across the UK with substance misuse issues. Your administration skills will make a real difference to the lives of people we work with. As an Administrator with the Suffolk  substance misuse service, you will provide wide-ranging administrative support, including clinical administration to our team, so that they can focus on delivering person-centred services that enable our service users to achieve their potential.

Based at our Bury St Edmunds hub you'll support the case management team by answering calls, maintaining accurate records and helping us to continually improve our performance. Offering plenty of variety, this rewarding role will also involve raising and changing prescriptions as instructed by the prescribers, generating prescription batch runs, logging prescribing information on client prescribing records, posting prescriptions to pharmacies, completing clinic letters, data input of new client information into client database, monthly data uploads and dealing with incoming and outgoing post.

We're looking for a confident communicator who can prioritise a changing workload, provide high quality administrative support, gather management information and meet deadlines under pressure. You must be a superb organiser and supportive team player with keen attention to detail, impressive administration skills and a good understanding of Microsoft Office, including Excel spreadsheets.
