Our client is a growing and expanding company that offers a great working environment as well as fantastic company perks and a generous monthly bonus scheme.
They are looking to recruit several experienced administrators with strong customer service skills.
Communicating effectively with customers via the telephone and email
Taking and transferring incoming phone calls
Sorting, scanning and dealing with incoming claim related documents and correspondence
Filing important customer documents
Printing, preparing and managing outgoing post
Requesting information from customers and from their banks; recording information in computerised database; collecting and mailing outgoing documents
Provide information by answering customer questions and requests, by phone, email and post
Analysing Credit Agreement Documentation

Word and Excel
Accurate data entry
Hours: Monday to Friday 9.30am - 5.30pm (1 hour paid lunch break and x2 10 minute tea breaks)
Holiday: 21 days plus bank holidays
This role would suit candidates that are used to working within a regulated/compliant environment such as insurance, financial or legal.
There is no cold calling/sales involved and this is not a call centre environment!
