Atlas Employment is pleased to be working with this growing company who are now looking for an Administrator to join their busy team. Working within the marketing department you will be tasked with assisting internal teams with the planning of exhibitions, booking of external adverts, organising press releases, ordering promotional gifts. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate who has a strong background in admin and has an interest in developing a career in marketing.


  • Responsible for planning and reporting of all events
  • Booking venues and accommodation for staff for events
  • Shipping equipment to booked venues, manage storage and transport of exhibition products then oversee stock of exhibition dummy units and other product samples
  • Organise briefing and debriefing for exhibition staff and local representatives
  • Build rapport with exhibition companies and exhibition organisers in order to secure the best possible stand locations, negotiate rates and ensure inclusion in any pre-event marketing
  • Work with marketing manager to promote exhibitions and events via e-mail, website, social media and other marketing channels
  • Identify potential advertising spaces
  • Organise advertising and liaise with other members of staff to ensure deadlines are met
  • Develop relationships with external media companies to ensure best rates and packages
  • Keep track and report on marketing budgets to product to marketing manager
  • Tracking and reporting on measurable objectives for marketing campaigns and online activities
  • Organise stationery and other company stock
  • Report survey results to the marketing manager
  • Carry out other administrative duties as required


  • Have a strong background in office administration
  • High attention to detail and a drive for excellence
  • Highly organised and able to produce information in a timely manner
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Can adapt to changing priorities
  • Clear communicator both verbal and written
  • Have a keen interest in marketing and a desire to start a career in the marketing industry
  • Good knowledge of MS packages, including Word, Excel and Outlook
